What it is: An unrestricted fund managed, invested, and kept in perpetuity to provide earnings for the benefit of charitable causes in the Phelps Area. The fund is held and managed by the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin. Grants will be made available annually when our fund reaches $100,000 to enhance the Phelps Area for present and future generations.
Goal: Help us reach our final goal of $1 Million. This allows us to give back $50,000 every year... Forever.
What it is: Your gift addresses immediate community needs in the Phelps Area. The flexibility of your unrestricted gift enables the Foundation to respond to the community's most pressing needs today
Goal: Raise funds to provide sustainable support for urgent community needs.
What it is: A Fund for the enhancement and expansion of the Phelps Historical Museum
Goal: The museum aims to enhance and establish a destination dedicated to the preservation of local history. It will provide a space where the community can learn, engage, and connect through diverse exhibits, educational programs, and preservation initiatives.
What it is: A fund to upgrade the Phelps Shooting Range for safe, fun recreation
Goal: Enhance facilities and accessibility, strengthening a beloved local asset.
What it is: A fund to expand the Phelps Community Center and Library.
Goal: Raise $500,000 to create a vibrant hub for learning and connection, enriching life for all residents.
