The Phelps Area Community Foundation Restricted Endowment Fund is designed to be a permanent source of support for our town. Our mission is to reach an initial goal of $1 million, which will unlock $50,000 in annual grants for local organizations every single year—forever.
By protecting the principal and only awarding the growth, your contribution ensures that Phelps continues to thrive for generations. To ensure the highest level of fiscal stewardship, our funds are professionally managed by the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin.
